CHEMICAL PROPERTIES
Araldite Tile Grout showed no deterioration after continuous submersion for 8 weeks in the following media:
Water
Hydrogen peroxide 3 %
Sodium Hypo chloride 14 %
Sodium Hydroxide 10 %
Ammonia Solution 10%
Lactic Acid 10 %
Citric Acid 10 %
Sulphuric Acid 10%
Phosphoric acid 10 %
Orange Juice
Beer
Sunflower oil

Limited exposure to the following materials is also acceptable:
Acetic acid 10%
Hydrochloric acid 36%
Nitric acid 30%
Formic acid 10%
Ethanol 95%

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
PREPARATION
Ensure the tiles are clean and the tile gaps are free of dust or debris.
MIXING
Mechanical mixing is preferred. Mixers running at less than 400 rpm are recommended.

APPLICATION
Araldite Tile Grout is supplied as three pre-weighed packs in exact proportions. No other materials should be added.
STIR CONTENTS OF EACH TIN THOROUGHLY.
Pour the entire contents of the hardener into the resin and mix until uniform.
Add the filler slowly while mixing. Continue to mix until a smooth even paste is achieved.
Using a rubber trowel sweep the grouting paste into the joints. Ensure that all joints are completely filled.
After about one hour or prior to the expire of the pot life of the mortar if this should be sooner - clean the surfaces of the tiles with a cellulose sponge
and clean warm water. Make sure all traces of residue are removed.
Leave to harden.

CURING
Will support light foot traffic after 24 hours. Chemical resistance is fully developed after 7 days at 20s C.

CLEANING DOWN
Tools and other surfaces may be cleaned of uncured resin using clean warm water

COVERAGE
Araldite Tile Grout
5 kg pack covers 5-10 m2 depending on the width of joints and size of the tiles.
STORAGE
Shelf life of 12 months minimum if stored below 25s C.

CAUTION
Keep uncured epoxy materials away from the mouth, food or drink.
Do not use empty tins to store food even if they appear to have been cleaned.
Always wear gloves or barrier cream when handling uncured epoxy materials. Clean any splashes or smears from the skin immediately
using warm water and soap.
Avoid inhaling vapour.
Do not use below 5a C.
